Special hygiene and safety standards
We are looking forward to being there for you again personally and to enabling you a wonderful stay in our hotel. The health of our guests and employees is our top priority, that’s why we pay special attention to all the necessary safety measures and hygiene regulations in all areas of our hotel.
Our measures for your safety:
Public Areas
- All public areas are continuously cleaned, disinfected, and well ventilated.
- All touchpoints are disinfected separately. (Light switch, doorknobs, elevator button, key card)
- Maximum number of two people for simultaneous use of the lift.
- We offer hand disinfection dispensers in all public places.
Housekeeping
- Every occupied room remains free for at least one night before it is occupied by a new guest.
- We thoroughly clean and disinfect the entire room using professional cleaning products.
- Bed linen and towels are washed at high temperatures.
- At the moment we do not offer writing utensils and guest folders.
Dining at the hotel
- We have a minimum distance of 1.5 meters between the tables.
- The breakfast buffet can be offered to the same extent as before, subject to special hygiene measures.
- Tables and chairs are cleaned after each use.
Our employees
- All of our employees have the option of hand disinfection at the workplace.
- In view of the current situation, the entire team received intensive training on important hygiene measures and contact with guests.
- The safety distance of at least 1 m is maintained by all of our employees.
