Frequently asked questions

The buffet ranges from fresh pastries, croissants, muesli, cold cuts, cheese variations, various jams, homemade spreads, fruit juices, fresh fruits, homemade cakes, yogurt to various types of tea, Viennese coffee and warm dishes such as fried eggs, sausages and fried bacon. Please note that due to the current COVID-19 regulations there may be some restrictions with regard to breakfast (e.g. à la carte instead of buffet).

You can book 5 different kind of categories: Standard Room, Superior Room, Triple Room, Junior Suite and Family Suite.

Check-in time is from 3 p.m., check-out time is until 11 p.m.

We offer parking spaces directly at the hotel. Price: EUR 25,- per day. The parking lot is on request, reservation required.

Cleaning is provided daily.

We pay special attention to all necessary safety measures and hygiene regulations in all areas of our hotel:

• All public areas are continuously cleaned, disinfected and well ventilated.
• All touchpoints are disinfected separately. (Light switch, doorknobs, elevator button, key card).
• We thoroughly clean and disinfect the entire room using profession cleaning products.

You can pay cash or by credit card. We accept, Master Card, Visa and Maestro/EC.

Yes, luggage can be stored free of charge.

In the Standard rooms the bathroom amenities include shower gel, shampoo and soap. In the Superior rooms, Junior Suites and Suites there is a body cream additionally included.

Pets are allowed at the hotel with a surcharge of EUR 16,00 per day.

The hotel provides a gym which is free of charge for hotel guests.

No, we do not offer a swimming pool at our hotel.

Baby cots are available free of charge in all room categories and are subject to availabilty. Once you've made a booking, please contact our reservation team under reservation@bellevuehotel.at to add a baby cot to your room.

An extra bed is available at an additional cost and on request. For booking please contact our reservations team at reservation@bellevuehotel.at

All rooms are equipped with a hairdryer and air conditioning. A minbar is available, but is only filled on request.
